Family Law Paralegal

 Experience in all aspects of managing family law cases including drafting initial pleadings, drafting sworn financial statements and preparing 16.2 disclosures, discovery, witness disclosures, preparing exhibits for hearings, drafting Joint Trial Management Certificates, Parenting Plans, Separation Agreements and other family law pleadings.  Familiar with CCEF and Casemaker.  

Bookkeeping

Intuit QuickBooks Certified User.  Graduate, Federal Income Tax Course, National Tax Training School (IRS Approved Continuing Education Provider).  Experience with data input of financial information into QuickBooks, reconciliation of bank and credit card statements, payroll processing and payroll tax experience in QuickBooks, and experience with various accounts payable and accounts receivable functions in QuickBooks.  Extensive experience in client billing, trust transactions, and recent experience with cloud based attorney billing software including Clio and CosmoLex.  Preparation of individual federal and state tax returns using Intuit tax software including TurboTax and ProSeries.
